More recently, huge amount of money has been spent on advertising throughout the world. Factors that Causes Obesity and its health Effects Obesity is a medical condition caused by the consumption of excess food, lack of exercise and in some cases due to genetic inheritance. The main cause of overweight is due to the accumulation of excess fat in the body. For a person to be considered is suffering obesity his actual weight is divided by his height, and if the results do not range 25-30kg/m the individual is considered as overweight, this is also known as body mass index (BMI). The story myth that people suffering from obesity dont eat a lot yet they still gain weight because of reasons such as slow metabolism is proven to be wrong because obese requires much energy to support their body mass than any other healthy body (Barry, et al. 2009). Most victims are due to the inadequate food intake and eating junk food with excess calories this problem is majorly affecting the developed nations. The increasing rate of dependence on prepared food has also contributed to the poor food intake and also the high consumption of sweet drinks and beverages has mostly affected the young adult's age a lot. Sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise are also another great cause of overweight and obesity condition. Many people now rely a lot on the technology regarding movement and even work that can help in burning the excess calories in the body system. Lack of body exercise or body activity affects the body hormones working rate thus leading to a reduced level of body insulin which causes overweight. Also, the lack of enough sleep can cause obesity by mainly increasing the body appetite or food intake thus increasing calories in the body system. Obesity can also occur due to the genetic inheritance this means the obese body has great food satisfaction rate that makes the person consume a lot so as to feel satisfied. The research says that 1 out of 6 are faulty gene obese (FTO) and are known to consume junk food and beverages preferably (Guillaume and Bjrntorp, 1996). Obesity is a health issue that is even considered as a disease mostly in western countries where it is very stigmatized unlike in the near past where this condition was seen as a sign of wealth or fortune and even parts of the world that belief is adamant. People suffering from this condition are prone to many health issues thus even the mortality of an obese is quicker than of an average person. It is estimated that obesity is one of the high causes of deaths in the world contributing in causing 7.7% deaths in Europe that is 1 million people die because of obesity when it can be prevented or be minimized. The overweight high cause of deaths is known to be the fifth leading cause of deaths, and regarding figures, its approximated to kill 2.8 million adults every year worldwide (Ogden and Flanagan, 2008). Obesity can lead to many health issues such heart conditions (heart failure, high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol levels and coronary heart diseases), respiratory problems (asthma and obstructive sleep apnea). It can also lead to reproductive difficulties (complication during pregnancy and birth problems to the unborn, infertility and intrauterine fetal deaths), depression, diabetes type 2, cancer, stroke, gout, lower back pains and many chronic diseases. Depression condition is mostly prone to women than men also women are more affected by diabetes than men (Eckel and Krauss, 1998). Diabetes cases are mostly due to the obesity where 77% of women and 65% of men with diabetes are obese. Cancer cases are mostly due to overweight and Obesity where some 7- 41% of cancers patients are obese. Also apart from adults being the great percentage faced with obesity, childhood obesity is a major issue where more boys are affected than girls. The range of boys suffering obesity is 6-26% and that of girl ranging around 4.6-17.8%. Pediatrics research done showed that many of children who were confirmed obese came from low-income family set up and neighborhoods. The childhood obesity is long term health effect that causes dangerous diseases at an early age such as high blood pressure hypertension, high cholesterol levels and too much clotting of fats in the liver and muscles (Hawley, et al. Many of the adults obese victims are known to be from wealthy backgrounds, most of the women suffering obese are from affluen t families and this due to the social ability to do less body activity in their daily routines. Healthy Lifestyle and Proper Weight Maintenance Obesity can be prevented at the individual level through proper diet control by avoiding eating junk food and trying to eat fruits and vegetables. Also, the amount intake of food should consist of standard where one should also avoid excess food intake and eating all the time unnecessarily. A person should make time in his schedule in exercise; children should exercise at least 1hour daily and adults should also at least keep fit 3 hours on a weekly basis. Health visits for checkup are very necessary to every individual at least once every year. Industries, however, have been a great contribution to the high spread of obesity condition by the production of junk food and beverages. So as to be able to solve the predicament, the industries should play a role in providing healthy diet products to their consumers. One of the main ways the industries can play a role in better nutrition provision is by reducing the amount of fat, sugar and salt content in their food production. Mutinys in the year 1797 were a major concern in the British Navy and punishments to any involved were always severe if not the end of their lives. The captain calls both Claggart and Budd to his cabin for questioning. Claggart commences in spewing lies and accusations about Budd. Before Claggart can finish this, Budd, in a fit of anger and loss of words, hits Claggart and kills him with a single blow. This causes a problem for the ships captain, Captain Vere, (meaning truth). He personally did not like Claggart and he understands that Budd had no intention, but he feels that the only just thing to do would be to hang Billy Budd. In the end, they decide that the just thing to do would be to hang Billy Budd. Surprisingly, Budd is very content and does not fight the decision, for he understands what he has done. When Budd goes to be hanged before the crew, they voice their unhappiness, but none step forward to fight for his life. Billy Budd dies in front of the crew peacefully and without last words. Portrayal of the Legal System: This film brings up issues pertaining to Capital Punishment. It seems like an unfavorable portrayal of it, since Budd is such a likeable character. The film makes Claggart seem like a criminal for all the suffering and horrible things he makes the crew got through. But one could argue that he is just fulfilling his duty. The film makes Budd look like a hero, because he makes everyone happy through trying times. The way the Captain handles it is a very realistic approach to the situation. Just like in hammurabis Code, the famous Eye for an Eye, stands true in this. The legal system is presented in a few ways. The master of arms, Claggart is almost like the police. He watches the crew and enforces the laws of the ship. If a law is broken by one of the crew, then he reports it to the Captain who then will decide a punishment for the man. A judge and jury could be compared to the questioning from the captain and then the court marshal where they decide what should be done with Budd. The punishments would be done aboard ship. The crew cannot defend themselves really; their word is not taken as heavily as that of the Master at Arms. Relationship between Legal System and the Individual/Society: The main relationship that was portrayed in this movie was that between Claggart and Billy. This was an obviously strained relationship. Billy was very open to a friendship with Claggart, but Claggart would not have it and deemed it to be impossible. Since Claggart is the legal system, and Billy is the individual this represents one relationship. Another relationship that is key is the relationship between Captain Verre and the code. Captain Verre would like to forgive Billy and to let him go and not press charges, but the code says that Billy should die. This poses a conflict between Verres moral and lawful values. Should he kill Budd as the law tells him to? Or should he let it pass, because he knows Billy is a good person and it was accidental? The Issue/Conflict: The issue/conflict arose when Billy boarded the ship. His jubilant manner contradicted how the master at arms felt sailors should be. He took this attitude as a threat to the order of the ship. He saw Billy as the type of person who would start a mutiny. Claggart felt that Billy was up to something, especially when he attempted being friends with him. It created division, because Claggart cannot trust anyone and thinks Billy Is bad news. It created division, because everything Billy does to make the crew happy, Claggart sees as it as an attempt to turn their backs on the rules and persuade them to do the wrong. The second, more important issue is that of Verre and his decision. It arose through the killing of Claggart and from deciding what Billys punishment should be. The captain also takes into account the life lost; that although Claggart was a gloomy person, he had the right to live and tha t right was taken away when Billy killed him. When Bulgaria attacked both Serbia and Greece on 16 June 1913, it lost most of Macedonia to Serbia and Greece and  Southern Dobruja  to Romania in the 33-day  Second Balkan War, further destabilising the region. Gavrilo Princip, a Bosnian-Serb student, was arrested immediately after he assassinated  Archduke Franz Ferdinand of AustriaOn 28 June 1914,  Gavrilo Princip, a Bosnian-Serb student and member ofYoung Bosnia, assassinated the heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne,  Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria  in  Sarajevo, Bosnia. This began a period of diplomatic maneuvering among Austria-Hungary, Germany, Russia, France, and Britain called the  July Crisis. Wanting to finally end Serbian interference in Bosnia, Austria-Hungary delivered the July Ultimatum to Serbia, a series of ten demands intentionally made unacceptable, intending to provoke a war with Serbia. When Serbia agreed to only eight of the ten demands, Austria-Hungary declared war on 28 July 1914. Strachan  argues, â€Å"Whether an equivocal and early response by Serbia would have made any difference to Austria-Hungary’s behavior must be doubtful. Franz Ferdinand was not the sort of personality who commanded popularity, and his demise did not cast the empire into deepest mourning†. The Russian Empire, unwilling to allow Austria–Hungary to eliminate its influence in the Balkans, and in support of its longtime Serb proteges, ordered a partial mobilization one day later. When the German Empire began to mobilise on 30 July 1914, France, angry about the German conquest of  Alsace-Lorraine  during the  Franco-Prussian War, ordered French mobilisation on 1 August. Germany declared war on Russia on the same day.
